Senior Ads-Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the growth of our SSP partnerships by providing exceptional client service.
  • Develop and implement revenue growth plans and strategies for our top-tier SSP partnerships.
  • Become highly knowledgeable about Copper6’s supply, technology, and product offerings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Copper6’s programmatic partners worldwide.
  • Gain expertise in Copper6’s marketplace integrations and partner relationships.
  • Collaborate with programmatic partners and the product team to continuously enhance products.

Requirements: 

  • Over 3 years of experience managing programmatic partnerships on a global scale.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial and technical aspects of AdTech, including exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, and ad servers.
  • Extensive problem-solving skills and initial troubleshooting experience.
  • A customer-first mindset with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding client service skills, with the ability to interact with and present to clients at all levels of seniority.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Achieve revenue goals through the consistent adoption of Copper6’s SSP product offerings.
  • Collaborate with fellow co-founders to articulate and refine the company's vision, mission, and strategic direction.
  • Lead the formulation and execution of the company's product plan, encompassing market analysis, product development, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Determine and prioritize product features and enhancements through thorough market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
  • A deeply ingrained entrepreneurial spirit coupled with a fervent ambition to shepherd a startup from its inception to unprecedented heights.
  • A proven track record of leadership excellence, preferably in the context of a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ad-tech, with a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics and emerging trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an innate ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • A history of crafting and executing product strategies that drive revenue growth and catalyze market expansion.
